What is Neurodiversity in the Workplace?
Neurodiversity in the Workplace™ (NITW) is a nonprofit program dedicated to making neurodiversity a fundamental component of talent acquisition by eliminating barriers faced by neurodivergent job seekers. As a consultancy and training provider, we design, implement and support neurodivergent inclusion with partner organizations seeking a more diverse, equitable, and innovative workforce. Our partnerships with companies including Dell Technologies, Bank of America, SAP, and Walgreens, allow us to connect neurodivergent talent to career opportunities across the globe. NITW operates as a part of a larger family of nonprofits with aligned missions called SpArc Philadelphia.
Position Summary: The Project Coordinator will represent Neurodiversity in the Workplace (NITW) in a supporting role to assist consultants with the delivery of services to partner organizations. The Project Coordinator will gather information, develop communications, and provide project coordination support to the NITW engagements. The role will be providing key deliverables that allow for neurodiversity hiring and support programs to function and grow and will help our team create industry standards for inclusion. This role will have exposure to many of the key stakeholders in the neurodiversity employment space and will have an opportunity to grow and develop in an expanding organization dedicated to a social mission.
