Neurodiversity in the Workplace has worked across the globe to help companies identify, prepare and support neurodivergent talent within our partner employer organizations. We started in Philadelphia in 2013 as part of a larger family of organizations at SpArc Philadelphia.

At the heart of neurodiversity hiring programs are mutually beneficial hiring programs. Success depends on ties between job seekers, inclusive employers, and nonprofit organizations, including Neurodiversity in the Workplace, that promote neurodiversity inclusion. 

To foster strong networks, our strategic growth plan includes the establishment of regional impact hubs nationwide. Extending from our home base in Philadelphia, our satellite offices aim to cultivate communities of practice, gathering regularly and open to all who are interested in advancing neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace. 

Boston was chosen as the first hub based on the already established employment partners, the emerging relationship with local colleges and universities, and an accessible city. Learn more about the hub located in Boston.
