Neurodiversity In The Workplace (NITW) is a nonprofit consultancy that works with companies to provide knowledge, tools, and processes that eliminate biases and create inclusive, equitable environments where everyone can succeed.
Most of the career counselors are realistic and find ways to navigate the various systems and complexities properly, and/or they know how to be real with you.

Before I discovered NITW, I had to go through the job-searching process the old-fashioned way. I put in almost 60 hours a week just combing through listings and applying. The rules for applying and interviewing seemed to change every day. It really did a number on my self-esteem. NITW was able to arrange a technical interview with my current company, and it was painless. I’ve been in my current role for almost 4 years now, and I can’t recommend NITW enough for any other neurodiverse applicant!

My career coach provided incredible support from the very start of my onboarding, guiding me through the transition into a new role, company, and environment. They checked in regularly, answered all my questions, and helped me feel confident in both my job responsibilities and navigating a new workplace. Their guidance made all the difference in helping me settle in smoothly while continuing to succeed in my role.
