Who We Are
Who we are
Neurodiversity in the Workplace connects autistic and other neurodivergent job seekers to high-level careers for which they are qualified, but could not previously access. We offer companies a proven framework for identifying, preparing, and supporting neurodivergent individuals for employment while also educating managers and staff. Since 2013, we have partnered with many inclusive employers to make neurodiversity a key part of talent acquisition.
Our goal
The Neurodiversity in the Workplace Initiative sheds light on the possibilities that workforce diversity can offer, not just to employers, but to their communities as well.
Since 2014, we’ve developed a network that instills professional preparation for autistic people and supports more inclusive hiring practices for companies across the nation. Our program is structured to work with you to:
IDENTIFY
roles within the workplace appropriate for our candidates
PREPARE
and educate every candidate to prepare them for long-term careers
SUPPORT
your staff and new employee(s) through an ongoing program designed to maximize potential
What is Autism?
