Amanda is a passionate and energetic consultant on the NITW team, focused on improving the big picture of inclusive hiring through meaningful relationships with candidates and employers. Amanda plays a key role in the ongoing development and refinement of NITW's talent acquisition model and professional development services.

By trade, Amanda is a board-certified music therapist who previously practiced in outpatient neurology and rehabilitation clinics. Amanda's background as a therapist influences her way of supporting neurodivergent candidates. Her approach is centered on the belief that relationships that honor authenticity and leave room for our whole selves are the foundation for professional success. She believes that the extra glimpse we've gotten into each other's lives since many of us have shifted to remote work is actually an asset when it comes to understanding each other and optimizing teamwork.

Amanda's hobbies include cooking unnecessarily elaborate meals, songwriting, and talking to her beagle about her feelings.
